Our programme includes a variety of walks and events for all ages, from full day walks to town walks lasting a little over an hour. Our opening event is a talk by Horatio Clare based on his autobiography “Running for the Hills” describing his childhood on a farm in the Black Mountains. On Saturday evening we will be showing the film “Eagle Huntress”.
The Festival Hub will be based at Talgarth Town Hall Committee Room. It will be the place to check out late availability on walks, meet off duty walk leaders, and catch up with friends old and new.Find out more »
The Fforest Fawr Geopark Festival is a series of walks, talks and events celebrating the Geopark and its amazing Geology the programme is yet top be finalised but check back soon for more information. FREE Family friendly event - Cardiff Astronomical Society invite you to the Visitor Centre to enjoy a rare chance to see our nearest star in close-up.
